Thomas Niederer is a lifetime Hopewell Township resident, and brings a wealth of experience in land use and preservation. Tom has personally brought thousands of acres of NJ land into preservation by tirelessly working with private owners and preservation groups towards a mutually beneficial outcome. His hands-on approach, along with his BA from Brown and MBA from Wharton give him the expertise to bring complex negotiations to the closing table. Tom is a licensed broker in both PA and NJ.
